REFUND POLICY

At VAMO Threads, we believe in transparent and fair refund practices. Refunds are processed only as per the conditions defined below.


1. When a Refund is Applicable

Refunds may be approved in cases of:

  • Verified manufacturing defect or damaged product (proof required)
  • Wrong product or wrong size delivered by our team
  • Prepaid order cancelled before dispatch
  • Order undelivered due to courier service failure or lost in transit
  • Inventory error from our side leading to order cancellation

2. Refund Process Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must raise the request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share a clear unboxing video or image proof showing:
    • packaging
    • product condition
    • tags intact (if claiming defect)
  • For undelivered/lost orders, courier investigation must be completed

3. Refund Mode

We do not store any payment credentials. Only refund transfer details are collected when shared by the customer.


4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved prepaid refunds: 5–10 banking days
  • Approved COD refunds: 3–7 business days
  • Lost/undelivered refunds: 5–12 business days after courier confirmation

5. Possible Refund Deductions

Refund amount may be adjusted if:

  • Return request required reverse pickup charges
  • Product fails quality inspection (used, washed, damaged by customer)
  • Incorrect address or failed delivery attempt on customer’s side
  • Courier COD handling fee (if applicable)

6. When Refund Can Be Rejected

Refund requests will be rejected if:

  • No proof shared within 48 hours
  • Product is used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Order is customized or bulk corporate
  • Claim reason does not qualify after inspection
  • Delivery marked successful as per courier confirmation

7. Chargebacks / Payment Disputes

  • You must contact VAMO Threads before initiating any payment dispute
  • Any unauthorized chargeback will be legally contested with evidence including:
    • order confirmation
    • delivery & tracking proof
    • support communication logs
    • inspection report

8. Legal Jurisdiction

  • All refunds and disputes fall under laws of India
  • Jurisdiction: Bhilwara, Rajasthan, India
