RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with VAMO Threads. We design premium T-shirts with a minimal luxury identity. Your satisfaction matters to us, and this policy explains when returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or size exchange only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
  • A valid unboxing video or image proof is shared within 48 hours of delivery
    (This is mandatory to verify defect/size mismatch claims)
  • The request is raised before product use

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Orders

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Customized / Personalized / Corporate bulk orders
  • Products that show no manufacturing defect after verification
  • Color variation due to lighting, camera effects, or screen calibration
  • Customer regret after usage or washing
  • Orders marked delivered as per courier tracking and confirmation

3. Size Exchange Policy

  • We offer size exchange if the delivered size does not match the ordered size or if fit assistance was incorrect from our side.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Customers are responsible for selecting size if they did not use our size guide or fit assistance.

4. Refund Policy (if approved)

Refunds are initiated only after:

  1. Product received back at our warehouse, and
  2. Quality check passed
  • Refund is processed to the original payment method (for prepaid orders).
  • For COD orders, refund is issued via UPI or Bank Transfer shared by customer.
  • Refund timeline: 5–10 business days after approval.
  • VAMO Threads reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on evidence and product inspection.

5. Damaged or Defective Product Claims

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • You must share an unboxing video showing packaging and product clearly.
  • Our team will review and respond within 3 working days.
  • If defect is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may refer to the return/exchange clause if eligible.

7. Shipping Charges and Reverse Pickup

  • Return shipping or reverse pickup charges may apply, depending on location and courier serviceability.
  • These charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a verified defect from our side.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

  • We request customers to contact us first before raising a payment dispute.
  • Any unauthorized chargeback raised without prior communication will be legally disputed by VAMO Threads with supporting evidence such as:
    • Order details
    • Courier tracking confirmation
    • Delivery proof
    • Communication logs
    • Product inspection report

9. Legal and Operational Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are governed under the laws of India.
  • Jurisdiction for legal matters: Bhilwara, Rajasthan, India.
