  • VAMO Threads operates as an online T-shirt brand with no walk-in retail store.
  • All orders are packed and dispatched from our fulfillment location using trusted third-party courier partners.

2. Delivery Coverage

  • We offer Pan-India delivery, subject to courier serviceability.
  • Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout or confirmed via message for COD orders.

4. Dispatch Timeline

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–72 hours after confirmation, depending on stock availability.
  • Prepaid orders are prioritized in processing.
  • COD orders are dispatched only after telephonic or message confirmation, if required by courier.

5. Tracking & Communication

  • Once dispatched, you will receive:
    • Tracking ID via SMS/WhatsApp/Email
    • Real-time tracking updates from courier partners
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct contact and address details to avoid delivery failures.

6. Delivery Responsibility & Liability

VAMO Threads is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address/pincode
  • Phone unreachable or COD not confirmed (if required)
  • Customer not available at delivery time
  • Courier delays beyond our control
  • Natural disasters, logistic restrictions, strikes, or public emergencies

In such cases, refunds or replacements follow courier investigation and our Refund Policy.


7. Delivery Failure / Re-attempts

  • If delivery fails due to customer-side issues, re-attempt or re-shipping charges may apply.
  • If product returns to origin due to address error or non-pickup, order may qualify only for partial refund after deduction of shipping/handling fees.

8. Lost / Damaged in Transit

  • If an order is lost or damaged in transit, we initiate refund/replacement only after:
    1. Courier investigation is completed
    2. Courier confirms the case as lost/damaged

9. Packaging & Product Handover

  • We use secure packaging to protect products during transit.
  • Once the package is handed over to courier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the courier partner.

10. Payment Gateway Compliance

  • We ensure all shipping operations comply with Indian online commerce regulations.
  • We provide proof of dispatch, tracking, and delivery confirmation for any payment or delivery dispute.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
