- Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout or confirmed via message for COD orders.

6. Delivery Responsibility & Liability
VAMO Threads is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address/pincode
- Phone unreachable or COD not confirmed (if required)
- Customer not available at delivery time
- Courier delays beyond our control
- Natural disasters, logistic restrictions, strikes, or public emergencies
In such cases, refunds or replacements follow courier investigation and our Refund Policy.
7. Delivery Failure / Re-attempts
- If delivery fails due to customer-side issues, re-attempt or re-shipping charges may apply.
- If product returns to origin due to address error or non-pickup, order may qualify only for partial refund after deduction of shipping/handling fees.
8. Lost / Damaged in Transit
- If an order is lost or damaged in transit, we initiate refund/replacement only after:
- Courier investigation is completed
- Courier confirms the case as lost/damaged
9. Packaging & Product Handover
