Welcome to VAMO Threads. By accessing or purchasing from our website, Instagram page, or other sales channels, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Brand and Business

  • VAMO Threads is a clothing brand dealing in men’s Regular, Oversized, and Customized T-shirts.
  • We accept Online orders across India via Prepaid, Card, UPI, Net-banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • We do not operate a public retail store. All deliveries are fulfilled through third-party courier partners.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • COD orders may incur a nominal handling fee depending on courier serviceability.
  • Prepaid orders are prioritized for faster processing.
  • Payment failures or incomplete transactions may delay order confirmation. Orders are processed only after full payment capture or COD confirmation.

3. Orders and Cancellations

  • Orders once placed can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • After dispatch, cancellation requests are not eligible; however, you may refer to our Return/Refund policy for further resolution.
  • VAMO Threads reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
    incorrect address, unserviceable location, suspicious payment activity, bulk ordering misuse, or inventory errors. In such cases, refunds (if prepaid) are issued within 5–7 business days.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver Pan-India through trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery timelines: 3–8 business days depending on location and serviceability.
  • Delivery delays caused by courier issues, weather, strikes, force-majeure events, or incorrect customer details are not the liability of VAMO Threads.
  • Customers will receive tracking details via SMS/Email/WhatsApp once dispatched.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

  • Refunds, if eligible, are processed via the original payment method used during purchase.
  • We do not support unauthorized chargebacks. Any chargeback raised without contacting us first will be disputed with evidence including tracking, delivery confirmation, communication logs, and product quality proof.
  • Approved refunds reflect in the source account within 5–10 banking days.

6. Returns, Exchange and Product Acceptance

  • Returns/exchanges are allowed only if:
    • The product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging and tags intact
    • A valid unboxing video or proof of defect/size mismatch is shared within 48 hours of delivery
  • Exchanges are subject to size and stock availability
  • We do not accept returns for:
    • Customized/Personalized/Bulk corporate orders
    • Minor color variation due to photography lighting
    • Customer regret after usage

7. Product Information

  • We ensure accurate product descriptions, but slight variations in color or fit perception may occur due to screen calibration and lighting.
  • Size guidance is provided on product pages. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

8. Intellectual Property and Content Use

  • All content, logo, product images, videos, design layout, and branding elements are the exclusive property of VAMO Threads.
  • Unauthorized use, copying, reselling imagery, or content replication is prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • VAMO Threads is not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to:
    • delivery partner delays
    • customer address errors
    • fabric expectations not matching personal assumptions if size/GSM matches description
  • Maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the value of the product purchased.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes are subject to the laws of India.
  • Jurisdiction: Bhilwara, Rajasthan, India (as per company operations).
